Ventajas de formar una LLC en Florida

Impuestos de transferencia. Las LLC suelen disfrutar de impuestos de transferencia, en los que los miembros (propietarios) declaran su parte de las ganancias o pérdidas de la LLC en sus declaraciones de impuestos individuales. Todo impuesto adeudado se paga luego a nivel individual. En la mayoría de los casos, el tramo impositivo individual es más bajo que el tramo impositivo corporativo.

Las LLC de varios miembros presentan una declaración de impuestos informativa (sociedad) para la LLC, mientras que las LLC de un solo miembro declaran todos los ingresos o pérdidas en el Anexo C.
